Programs
1. Pro Player Program
This service is designed primarily for current and former ranked professional and amateur players. Racquets that are provided to the players under their contracts with the racquet companies are stored at the operation center in New York City. Players will have a minimum of twenty-four racquets per year customized and the tooling costs are included in the price per racquet. The service includes handle improvements (molding), gripping, weight, balance and swing weight, frame analysis for stiffness and torque. Roman personally guarantees the work in the Pro Players Program. Shipping is not included and a seventy-two hour turnaround is standard. Roman runs this program directly.
2. Prospect Program
This program is designed for players that do not need to have an exact handle molded, but still need to have frames closely matched in weight, balance and swing weight. Also, a proper grip is selected and gripping methods are discussed and implemented. Additionally, any stringing issue is resolved.
3. Racquet Development and Customization Program
This program works with select individuals who are looking for a tennis racquet with the right combination of torque, flexibility, stiffness and other specs that are not produced by racquet companies today. The player works directly with the racquet designer and Roman. All the player’s needs and desires are considered and then put into several prototype frames that would allow a representative model to be produced. Once the racquet is 100% to the player’s satisfaction, 100 frames would be produced at the factory. This would allow the player to cancel at the end of the model period. Included in this process is on-court analysis by Roman and racquet designer as well as on-court analysis by Roman after delivery of racquets. The racquets have a lifetime guarantee (considered 2 years).
